ONEPLATEは直感的な操作ができるUIを備えており、ユーザーは自然にP2P（Peer to Peer、直接取り引き）を実行し、専門的な知識を必要とせず、ブロックチェーンの特性である合意性・即時性という利点を活用できます。さらに、ONEPLATEはブロックチェーン上の情報を直接読み出しているため、ブロックチェーンに慣れた人にも受け入れられやすく、NFTやブロックチェーンに関する知識・経験の差から生じる隔たりを解消し、だれでも・いますぐ・かんたんに、そして一緒にNFTを楽しむためのツールとなり得るものです。
今後の展望
ONEPLATEは、フードNFTコンソーシアム会員への提供は無償とし、「お品書きNFT」を皮切りに、NFTプロジェクトへの提供を推進します。ONEPLATEではNFTをすぐに・簡単に共有することができ、NFTを中心とするリアルコミュニケーションにも有用です。集客を目的としたNFTの配布や、ファンを育成するための代替不可能というNFTの特性を生かしたプロジェクトにおいても、ONEPLATEによって手軽にNFTを入手・確認することができるため、「だれでも・いますぐ・かんたんに」正確な情報を取得でき、NFTプロジェクトをさらに加速させるツールとなります。
また、マルチシグ機能の活用について検討を進めており、マルチシグで契約関係を結ぶNFTなど、事業者間取引においてさらに実務的なツールとして利用が可能になり、契約書NFTによって即時に契約発効が実現されるといったブロックチェーンの特性を生かした新たな契約関係の可能性が広がります。

フードNFTとは
食品の「レシピデータ」と、味香り戦略研究所の分析技術によって味を数値化した「味データ」をパブリックブロックチェーンであるSymbolブロックチェーン上にオールオンチェーンで記録・トークン化し、再現性のあるレシピ味のデータをデジタル資産として保全し、その価値を最大活用することができるNFT（非代替性トークン）です。Symbolブロックチェーンへの味データ・レシピデータのオールオンチェーン保存とNFT発行には、「NFT-Drive」を使用しています。

Free trial event “ONEPLATE Gathering” will be held
To enhance your understanding and experience of ONEPLATE, we are organizing “ONEPLATE Gathering” on Friday, January 26th. The event will take place both at Shinjuku, Tokyo and online.
During the event, we will explain the functions, features, and usage scenarios of ONEPLATE, and demonstrate NFT trading. Additionally, we offer hands-on experience with ONEPLATE operation.
